Did you know...you can sign up for those services for free?

The city's electronic payment system is dual-purpose.  Its main purpose is to collect utility payments. Still, you can also sign up for electronic notifications, whether receiving your utility bill electronically or other messages such as a water line break.

We understand you do not want to pay for a convenience fee when paying electronically. You do not have to pay electronically to utilize the notification system.

Try it, you can always cancel later - for free.
